So, we have a drainage issue in the back yard, or so thought we did.  Called them to come give us a quote but instead, they gave us some recommendations on what to do.  Austin said that if we really wanted to spend the money, they would do a french drain and a few other things, which would cost us some $$$.  He said that we really did not need to do that and made some other recommendations and tips on how to fix the issues we had.  He said it was not a drainage issue, but more of a reroute issue for the drain lines and maybe capping off a sprinkler head.
Regardless, I was very impressed with their honestly and willingness to provide good feedback and also recommend a company to top dress the lawn. Austin is a straight shooter and on top of things. His team has done two projects in our yard and both were very fairly priced and done professionally - ahead of schedule but also with clear communication. One project was underscoped and he fairly righted on his side as well.

Austin came to my property to check out an area that I thought might be problematic. He was extremely competent and honest—a quality that is so rare in contractors nowadays. He took his time, told me that there was no issue, and provided me with helpful information so that I could identify drainage issues in the future, should any occur.

I had an absolutely exceptional experience today with our consultation. We determined that we did not need a new retaining wall which I’ve been quoted well over $60,000 for by someone else. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If you need grading or a retaining wall, or anything else they do, I would definitely tell you that their honesty and professionalism was incredibly refreshing.
